2000 years !

yup, the smiley moon face!!! it's not that clear, the right one, dunno is it Jupiter or Venus...
ain't that surprising?
my dad was practicing chipping - or whatever you call it in golf -
and he saw it.

then, my brother went all, 'This is like the line up of Jupiter and Venus! Seen every 2000 years.'
or something like that.
how lucky we are!?
getting to see a thing that can be seen every 2000 years!

oh! and i found some pictures taken when i was shopping with my family in Bangkok ;

the Thailand Olympians came back that very day.
my family and i were shopping at some side market something like Petaling Street...
when people started gathering around outside, police cars were there...
my dad and i thought there was an accident
but changed our thoughts when we saw a group of Thai people opposite the road waving the Thailand flag.
i even thought the president was coming to town =_=

then Dad saw the Olympians (i can't really get a good view of them because, i admit,
i am too short -_- ).
some of them were wearing medals.

so, that's when we figured out the Olympians were coming back.

my brother and i shared the same room in the hotel
my parents had their own one of course.

so, basically, my brother was my one and only entertainment.
aside from my Breaking Dawn :D

but i only read it when we got back to the hotel at night

during daytime, i entertained him

and he entertained me

we gave our parents space of course

especially when we were all walking to most of the malls and shopping areas
Dad and Mom would walk in front whil
e my brother and I would
follow them behind, not really speaking to each other.
(that's the time i would use music to accompany myself)
this is what happens when you have a brother about 5 years older than you

and you don't allow each other to invade his/her own privacy.

like i can't go into his room for no apparent reason

so, he is always kept out of my room anyway

but back to the hotel room thing...
our bathroom had a white light on at th
e top of the mirror
and it was the
ONLY light in the bathroom.
it wasn't very bright either.

to be honest, the bathtub side is VERY dark
and when you pull open the curtains for bathing,

the HUGE rectangular mirror will be like plastered on the wall
opposite of where you
standing; and that was in the bathtub,
STARING at YOU

plus, since the bathroom was so DARK, the "staring" mirror made it creepier

during our stay, every time we took our bath,

we'd use our hand phones and turn the music player on LOUD

sometimes i would even pretend i was in a rock concert

jumping and rocking out to the song i was listening

stop laughing, i
was too scared!
the other scary thing about the bathroom was when you push the flush button thingy,
a REALLY loud and freaky flushing sound
will come out
it
scared me at first
but i got QUITE used to it after that.

also, when the room next door flushed,

i could even hear the flushing sound =_=

when we were sleeping...
we didn't off the lights and kept the television on instead
maybe we were kinda scared
and most of the channels being showed
were either about news or Thai shows or something else
we're not interested in
the one channel that kept us entertain was
the China MTV.
they showed English music videos sometimes
we were even lucky enough to have caught
the Fall For You music video by Secondhand Serenade!

yeaaah...
the taxis are pink!
and purple....
but i saw pink ones the most.

i think it's cute, though pink is not really my top favorite color.
my top one's black :D

pink taxis are unique okay!
