turned out he's the director of Golden Compass!
awesome, eh?

ETA: For those who are saying a man wouldn’t be handle the romance aspect of the story, I present to you a select list of great romantic movies directed by men: “The Notebook”, “A Walk to Remember”, “When Harry Met Sally”, “Love Actually”, “The Princess Bride”, “Pride and Prejudice”, “Atonement”, “Ever After”, “Moulin Rouge”, “Romeo & Juliet”, “Titanic”…. and the list goes on and on. So please keep an open mind. Judge Weitz on his resume or something tangible, not on the fact that he’s a man.

when i saw that "the man" directed Romeo and Juliet and Titanic,
i'm 99.8% sure New Moon's gonna be awesome!!!
the rest of the 1.01% is a bit of uncertainty.
but, i mean, it's ROMEO AND JULIET, DUDE!!!

and could you tell that the voice Kristen used in Twilight and the voice she used in that Zathura scene is a bit different?
