had nothing to do so i've decided to blog about Archie :D
a day before the American Idol 2008 finale,
i bet with my Dad on who will win the Grand Prize.
i wanted to place my bet on Archie
but my Dad's betting on him
so i took David Cook instead
i prefer Archie over Cook after i saw his Stand By Me performance but i still like Cook
i even teared up when he sang Time of My Life for his winning moment.
isn't he cute???
i squealed a bit - okay fine a lot - too x]
my Dad was all, 'ai zai kang yenng'
it means 'shortie will sure win'
how mean of him to call David a shortie.
i was pretty much offended because i'm "fun-sized" too
to be honest, i was 99.9% sure i was gonna lose that bet
so the next day, before the finale premiered in Malaysia,
i checked the website and found out Cook won!
just a little bit more til i get my bet prize
when my dad called and he said he wanna cancel the bet
damn tak fair right!?
in the end he canceled it - i bet he checked the website too!
i started watching the performances at the finale
and this video gets me every time:
people say David's better than Ryan Tedder
i kinda think so too
though i love the song
maybe it's because David's voice is much smoother.
i cried when i watched this =_=
CAN YOU RESIST?
